This chain has a serious problem with the internet. The staff was indiferrent to the problem. It is a good hotel if you a tourist and will not need any connectivity.
The hotel needs updating in the halls and rooms ( curtains are very old)

Really a ridiculous price for what you get, after getting in the Room, I called another hotel and left, small hotel, large rooms but dirty, run down, very noisy room, some rooms are used as permanent residence, the neighbours TV sound could be heard through the walls, the aircon was very loud, for the same rate I booked at Windsor Copacabana in a brand new 5star hotel an got an upgrade for free.

brand-new, nicely furnished room with a great double shower as well as microwave, and excellent location. outstanding food, extremely friendly and excellent staff with great service. location next to the promenade visconti in march for 4 nights and food places in what felt like a very safe neighborhood and brazil.

This place is a great spot to stay, probably the best choice around. the rooms are kept nice and tidy, and they serve up some really tasty breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed a comfy twin room with a big balcony and the air conditioning to cool off on hot days. 🌞

Location was perfect, one block from beach and in the middle of the Ipanema restaurant district.
Air conditioning unit outside of window was extremely loud and not maintained properly.
